Hey hello,

Still, in pregnancy topic, I know for those who read this may feel

"Ada Apa Dengan pregnancy?'
Especially for those who face the same thing as me.Pregnancy with thalassemia trait.

One advises that I can give. You can do the thalassemia test at any clinic (private) with some cost. Actually, I did it before my marriage long ago. The good thing about the test if you know your partner also have the thalassemia trait it is advisable not to get children or to proceed with the marriage plan

Ouch!..ya I know it is not easy.

But you can always get advice from the specialist. (You can proceed with the marriage but you have to know the risk that you will be facing. Be ready ...That's all.

Still experimenting with the foods to get the haemoglobin jump high...so far so right.

What I did is, eat a  lot of

  • vegetable

  • dates.

  • goats milk

  • Virgin coconut oil

  • Zam Zam water

if you go to the routine checkup with any clinic(i mean government clinic or private clinic) they might advise you what food to be intake what should be avoided.

So here is some of the supplement that I currently take. (by the way, I'm not selling one of those.this is basically based on the recommendation with people who face the same situation as mine.)
Hopefully will benefit you.

It is suggested to take the original goats milk. But it is quite pricey so you can try this.

Goats milk with pomegranate extracts. This is easily prepared, and there is a lot of additional functional ingredient, You can google it.

This is dates juice. It used ajwa dates, Before this, I take the dates directly blend together with milk. Its really boost your inner energy. And raise your haemoglobin too!!

This virgin coconut oil. It tastes very light compared to those that I consume before. It really helps you not only during the delivery process, but many more benefits especially raise your haemoglobin level.

Why I so concerned about this haemoglobin things just because the doctor has advised on the risk of having very low haemoglobin level. I think it is the same thing with a mother who has anaemia during pregnancy. You can make your search on the risk of pregnancy with low haemoglobin, thalassemia minor and so on with Mr.Google.

by this time I wrote this entry,
my baby is going 3 yrs on this coming 27 October 2019,
I can say that all that I have implemented during my hectic pregnancy.. alhamdulillah has a significan impact during my pregnancy and delivery time. my third one coming out from my womb just like that although the nurse keeps on telling me to keep it until the doctor arrived. Are you serious,?

Some say if your pregnancy is difficult, your delivery will be good.I witness it and I concurred that statement...alhamduliillahh..

Remembering that delivery moment, I remembered my husband who already eager to watch our third daughter coming out as he did with my 2 daughters before. But while when he saw me still not open yet and at that time where it is only 4cm and he thought it is going to be the same as previous delivery where it took some time.so he decided to take a brunch cause he said during the last delivery he feels so tired as he forgot to take a portion of food.

Mashaallah my daughter can't wait for anybody and she decided to go out from my womb just like that..the doctor definitely so shocked...and I remember I keep on telling her I'm sorry I can't hold the baby anymore...

Fast forward... I will definitely keep this in my memories as maybe I will pass this few tips to my daughter in case.
